Candidates
The module allows you to observe candidates who have been processed regarding a position at some point, who have entered the ATS recruitment process, allowing for advanced searches.
Step by Step
Section titled “Step by Step”Accessing the Module
Section titled “Accessing the Module”At the top of the main menu interface, after logging in with your credentials, you can select the Candidates tab.
General Exploration
Section titled “General Exploration”At the top regarding the page, the total number of candidates is shown. Charts are displayed with:
- Top Skills
- Experience Ranges (Junior, Semi, Senior, Senior+)
- Countries with Highest Talent Concentration
Using Filters
Section titled “Using Filters”From the left panel, it is possible to optimize the search. The full panel filters section is scrollable to discover other filters and has a Clear all button to reset filters.
- Role: Select the role for the advanced search.
- Years of Experience: Choose a minimum and maximum number of years of experience.
- English Level: Select the English level to filter the candidate search.
- Must-have Skills & Should-have Skills: Select mandatory skills or those desired by the recruiter.
- Country: Choose the country to filter by; you can also search by name.
- Role to Update
Candidate Review
Section titled “Candidate Review”Each Candidate card shows:
- Profile name
- Country and time zone
- Match percentage with the Job Description
- View Profile action button
- LinkedIn action button
- GitHub action button
- General Notes section for internal comments
- General description of skills and experience
Operational Tips
Section titled “Operational Tips”- Review the candidate card in detail.
- Use the charts first to understand the market before filtering.
- Clearly define Must-have Skills.
- Always check the match percentage, but validate the profile manually.
- Use notes to leave context for iterations.
- Export only when filters are well-defined to avoid data noise.
Mistakes to Avoid
Section titled “Mistakes to Avoid”- Using overly broad filters that make decision-making difficult.
- Exporting large volumes without clear criteria.
- Not documenting interactions or decisions in notes.
